I've released S3 Backup Beta 11 about a week ago, which introduced a feature to include multiple folders in the a backup job. It has a handy interface to pick what should be backed up and what should not. It's been a long time since the app was last updated, so I felt obliged to release it, however it's only small part of the changes coming. The whole application is being refactored, to add enterprise-level features among other things. If you want to play around with the available beta, you can get it right now. However I'd suggest you to wait until beta 12. The official current release is still beta 10, so the download page will not be updated until the next release. Also, I get huge amounts of spam and sometimes valid messages get incorrectly filtered out. I do try to go through all of spam emails to try to find them, but it's not simple and sometimes just not possible.
